Houses are where ponies live. They are buildings that must be placed and built before a pony can be welcomed. Some houses are home to more than one pony. In these instances, only the first pony of the house needs to wait for his or her home to be built before being welcomed. All subsequent occupants can be welcomed as soon as they are available. Once constructed, houses cannot be sold, however; they can be re-positioned via the edit command found in the Menu Scroll.
