Telescope is a minigame added in the Canterlot expansion. It rotates in-between Apple-Picking and Ball Bounce.

How to Play

Gameplay.

You get taken to a screen with a starry sky background, then a series of larger stars will appear. As you touch the first one, the subsequent stars will light up. Keeping your finger on the screen drag it through the starts touching all stars in order. If you miss a star or lift your finger off the screen before completing the pattern it will reset and you have to start over again.

Variations

Note that this apply from level 1 and increase as the player levels up.

Cost	Multiplier	Stars
100	x1	Small Stars in a circle
1,000	x2	Larger Stars
5	x4	Bigger Diamond Stars

Scoring

The player gains 5 points per connection, but the points will be lost if the player stops touching the screen or drags their finger in the wrong direction. When the entire constellation is filled in, the points can no longer be lost and the player receives another 10 points.

Trivia

• The 1,000 bit telescope is similar to one that appears in season 1 episode 5, "the Brush Off Griffon the Brush Off".
