The Town Hall is a shop in Ponyville that produces Flags. It primarily gives Loyalty Shards. When the game was first released, it cost Template:Gem but was dropped down to Template:Gem in the Movie Time Update and was dropped down again to Template:Gem in the Sweet Apple Acres Update.
