Convocation of the Creatures is a Limited-Time Story Quest that begun on September 27, 2019 and held again on November 6, 2020. It is based on the issues #61 and #62 of the "My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic" comic.

Raven Inkwell: HMM... Looks like it's about a section of Equestria that originally belonged to the Griffons... It's the land Canterlot is on today.
Twilight Sparkle: And it says the land would be returned to the Griffons unless the ponies paid them a large sum of gold, 100 years later! But that means...
Raven Inkwell: Glenda, did you find any other documents with this scroll? Any record that the rulers of Equestria ever paid that sum?
Glenda: Um... No, b-but... If Equestria never paid, does that mean... all that land should be returned to the Griffons? What about all the ponies who live there now?

Blacktip: Yeah, I'm gonna stop you right there. Why should I bother helping a bunch of ponies? What has Equestria ever done for the dragons?
Twilight Sparkle: Blacktip... I could give you a VERY long answer to that. But, in the spirit of diplomacy... I'm just going to go talk to Ember and the Dragon delegation.

Blacktip: Oh, I started helping just after you left. Ever since Raven mentioned that Equestria exports 90% of all the gems coming into the Dragon Lands... Nice to know it's official, though.
Urtica: A-and we actually solved the problem when you were gone, too! I found that the Pony-Griffon treaty was signed by the Prince of the Yaks as a witness...
Horwitz: Which meant I could locate this addendum to that treaty in the Yak records, stating that the price had already been paid!
Twilight Sparkle: Wow... I wish I could have been there for more of the research, but... we did it, everyone! Thanks to us bureaucrats and librarians, Equestria is safe for another day!
Lord Goldstone: I wouldn't be so sure about that... Guards! Prevent ANYCREATURE from leaving this room. They're holding a document that must be destroyed, in order to secure Griffonstone's future!
Twilight Sparkle: Eep! That's the Griffin Lord who wants the disputed land for himself...
Twilight Sparkle: Okay, new plan, everycreature: Run past those guards and get that document to Princess Celestia and the head of the Griffon Council! We CAN'T let it fall into the wrong claws!
