Octavia Melody is a talented cello player. She used to live in Ponyville, but has been moved to Canterlot in the "Movie Time" update, and her house is Performers' Residence. If she was purchased before the update, she will be moved to the Canterlot inventory and can be placed with no build time. She is part of a four-pony musical ensemble with Beauty Brass, Frederick Horseshoepin and Parish Nandermane. Her cutie mark is a purple treble clef.
She used to cost 12,400 
but became an exclusive reward for Equestria Girls 
.
She is a story helper in the Ponyville Talent Pageant siege event.
