Reflections: Battle for the Moon

The Reflections: Battle for the Moon Limited-Time Blitz was first held on August 9, 2019 in Update 5.4 (held again on January 17, 2020 and the third time on October 22, 2021) with length of 3 days. This event is based on the My Little Pony: Reflections comic and does not have a Community section.

Intro Quest 1: No More Speed-Reading!

Twilight Sparkle: Princess Luna! I think my friends and I may have found where Celestia disappeared to!

Princess Luna: Oh, thank goodness... Ever since she walked through that magic mirror a week ago, keeping her absence quiet has been... difficult. Tell me everything!

Twilight Sparkle: I found some journals in Starswirl's library, under Canterlot... Apparently, that mirror leads to ANOTHER parallel universe, besides the one I've already been to. Isn't that neat?

Princess Luna: It is... but how do we get through the mirror to FIND Celestia?

Twilight Sparkle: Well... I'm actually still trying to figure that out. (Maybe I accidentally skipped an appendix somewhere?)

Battle Stages

Princess Luna: THERE you are, Celestia! Where have you -- oh, no -- you're hurt! Where have you BEEN? What happened?!

Princess Celestia: I... I'm fine... I was in another world... a world so like our own, but so different. Sombra is the King of that Equestria -- and there, he is a kind and wonderful rules of his ponies...

Princess Celestia: But... SOMETHING has happened that is binding out worlds too closely together. Sombra's fight against evil is beginning to encroach on our world... on me.

Princess Luna: Then I shall go into this other world and smite whichever enemy did this to you! I've been anxious for a good scuffle for MONTHS...

Princess Celestia: No... Luna... we cannot go, because WE are the evil that is encroaching upon that land. We're the villains... Twilight Sparkle, will you and your friends go in our stead?

Twilight Sparkle: To fight you and your sister? I'm not sure I could hurt you, good OR bad... but I'll do my best to help you. Get ready for the other side of that mirror, everypony -- we have a job to do!

Each attack costs 1 Energy and gives you 50 - 150 (89 on average), which can be used for upgrades. Each attack deals damage equal to your Power. Energies take time to regenerate.
Upgrades increase your power, maximum energy cap and decreases the charge time for each energy.
You start with 10 energy and 12 minutes (cooldown) per energy

Spike: Wait... The REAL Princess Celestia just sent me a scroll! It says... Twilight, you need to read this!

Twilight Sparkle: Oh, no... Everypony, STOP! Whatever we do to THESE princesses here will hurt Princess Celestia and Luna back home! We can't fight these ones directly...

Twilight Sparkle: Everypony, let's retreat for now and think through our options! There has to be some better way to fix all this...

Fauxlestia: Hmph! There they all go, scampering off to who knows where... I'm curious to know who those new ponies -- aren't you, sister?

Dupluna: Oh, yes... I think they might be the little helpers that OTHER Celestia was talking about sending over. Perhaps it would be wise to spy on them a bit? See what they know?

Fauxlestia: Yes... And perhaps you would like to do the honors...
