Captain Celaeno is a female Parrot who lives in Klugetown. She's one of the few characters who can complete a task to collect Lucky Coin 
for Klugetown Balloon Pop 
NPC
In a timed quest based on the events on "My Little Pony: The Movie", "New Horizons", she helps Twilight Sparkle and her friends to navigate through the streets of Klugetown. She and Capper later battle against and defeat Verko the crime boss, and the Storm King's soldiers.
