Chaos Celestia is a variant of Princess Celestia. She lives in Chaos Town Hall, located in Ponyville. She is welcomed with 5-stars and cannot play minigames.
She is also a boss helper in stage 7 of the Crowns And Chaos Limited-Time Siege.
