Cotton Cloudy is a character mentioned in a screen showing some of the Balloon Pop prizes in Canterlot shortly after the Canterlot update. The character did not appear in-game because of "a problem with character naming", although two character model files with the string "cottoncloudy" in their name are present amongst the other characters' model files, and a quest menu icon is also included in the game files.
