Prior to the Sweet Apple Acres update, the Clubhouse was located in Ponyville, along with Sweetie Belle, Scootaloo, and Twist.

In update 4.1, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo no longer live in Cutie Mark Crusaders' Clubhouse as both moving to Sweet Apple Guest House.
