Disguised Celestia is a character in Ponyville. She originates from IDW's Friendship is Magic #65 "Queen For One Less Day", in which Princess Celestia uses an amulet imbued with Changeling magic to disguise herself as an ordinary pegasus to walk Equestria unnoticed.
