Fire Flare is a unicorn mare added in Update 7.6. She lives in Fairweather Home, located in Canterlot. She can be obtained in the Crowns And Chaos Limited-Time Event as the community reward. She is introduced as a 5-star character and cannot be played in Minigames or the Minecart game.
