He was added in v2.6 update, as the daily bonus prize for day 75 logging in.
He is a helper in siege stage 3 of the "Growing Up Is Hard To Do" event, and siege stage 4 of the "High Plains Ponies" event. He is also community helper in the Wonderbolt For A Day event
