Misty Fly is a character added in v2.9. She lives with the other wonderbolts in Wonderbolts Academy. She is also a Fashion Show prize for completing Set 1, but she can't be obtained anymore from there since Razzle Dazzle and Frou Frou Frills costume can't be crafted anymore.
