Ocellus's Sister is a female changeling that lives in Ponyville added in Update 5.0. She is a helper in boss stage 1 of the Changeling History Limited-Time Siege. She appears intermittently in the Store and can be bought with gems 
or in a real money bundle.
She can be obtained as a reward in the Fusion Social Event that ran from 17th to 2rd April 2023.
