Radiant Festivalgoer is a Unicorn mare who lives in Canterlot. She arrives with five Stars and cannot play minigames.
Presumably due to a coding oversight, Radiant Festivalgoer can spawn Element Shards just like the alicorn Princesses.
She is a community helper for Love and Silence.
