Randolph is the butler living in Filthy Rich's Mansion in Ponyville with Filthy Rich, his daughter Diamond Tiara, and her friend Silver Spoon. He is a helper in siege stage 3 of the Rarity's Retro Revolution event.
He was added in the v2.3 update and was buyable for 2000 
during Battle with Dragons event. Now he can appear as an event reward.
