When Canterlot was first added, 40 quests were added with it, covering Queen Chrysalis' invasion and Shining Armor's and Princess Cadance's wedding. Ten more quests, revolving around Octavia Melody and her musical ensemble, were added next, followed by 15 quests focused on Aloe, Lotus Blossom, and Masseuse Pony. A quest chain with five quests, focusing on Sunset Shimmer, was next. Most recently, a quest chain with ten quests, focusing on Twilight Sparkle's transformation into an alicorn and ascension to a princess, was added.

This quest chain can be started in either Ponyville or Canterlot, and all quests in it except for "Serenity Now" Canterlot and "Soothing Space" Canterlot appear in both towns' Quest Logs.

  • This quest appears in the Quest Log for both Ponyville and Canterlot, and is the first quest that requires tasks to be completed in both locations.
  • While this quest can be started as soon as Canterlot is unlocked at level 10, it cannot actually be completed until level 17, when the Restaurant and Pizzeria are unlocked. This changed in a later update which Pizzeria is only needed to complete the quest.
I've got to help my friends! But I can't think straight when there's all this clutter around Canterlot!
